Railworks: Go Away

The amount of Railworks DLC that is regularly released on Steam always confuses me. On one hand, the game must be doing alright, else it wouldn't still be releasing DLC every few weeks. On the other hand, a vast majority of Steam users must hate the game, like me. Not because we played it; not because it's a game for pa-paw; but because it takes up valuable real estate on the "New Releases" section. It regularly takes up one or two slots.

Now if there were half as many PC games being released as other gaming platforms, this wouldn't be a problem. The new releases would cycle fast, and have enough crap to just ignore the whole thing. But since PC games are few and far between these days, it's important to check that list to buy more games and make sure that you can try to keep the dream alive as a PC Gamer. And by keep the dream alive I mean give up like the rest of us and buy an Xbox 360; and ignore the theory that Starcraft 2 can save PC gaming from becoming "WoW Gaming"; or that another Counter-Strike will ever exist. Promod will never come out either.

Yes, that's right. I just turned this Railworks Rant into a "oh no u din't" on PC Gaming. I'm sorry, friend. i was jk. Let's go play Global Agenda now.

Did you know? If you purchased Railworks and its 30 DLC (average price $15), it would cost you $486.18?
